Prior to any returns, customers are required to complete the Return's Authorisation Form (RMA). Please contact email@example.com.

Contact the sales department on 02084927633 quoting your order reference number. We accept VISA or Mastercard credit or debit cards but not AMEX.
If you would prefer to pay by BACS transfer, please request a pro-forma invoice which will list our bank details. When paying through BACS however please use the reference number issued to you. This helps the accounts department to allocate payment to your order.

Given the nature of customisation available on our products, ECOLED are a built-to-order business. Our standard leadtime is five working days from receipt of order. Larger orders will be dependent on scheduling. Your sales consultant will be able to advise you of delivery estimates and will be confirmed in an order acknowledgement.
We welcome regular business and are pleased to support credit terms to those companies with whom we have an established order history. Credit terms are however, subject to necessary checks and the financial limits offered may vary.
ECOLED levies a standard carriage charge of £20 per shipment regardless of size or weight for orders under £1,000.00. We only use TNT to ensure traceability and this applies to standard deliveries within the UK Mainland. We will waive carriage charges for orders over £1,000.00 however additional charges may apply to certain areas of the UK such as highlands and islands. Any special delivery requirements such as by 9am or Saturday delivery incur an extra charge and International Buyers are based on an Ex-works basis and will be charged at the going Rate.
On the website customers can select the product they require and click request a quotation. This will automatically direct you to complete the Enquiry form and click send. One of our sales consultants will send you a quotation within 48 hours.
Certainly. We welcome visitors however we do not operate as a retail premises and therefore do not offer a walk in service. Please contact the office to arrange an appointment.
